Greetings from the Organising Committee of the Best of ASCO 2025!
We are delighted to inform you that your poster has been accepted for display at the conference. Heartiest congratulations on this achievement. We wish to inform you that all papers are being reviewed by the editorial board of the Journal of Precision Oncology. There may be consideration to move your paper from poster to oral paper. We will keep you notified by 20th of August , 2025. We wish to inform you that only registered doctors will be considered by the editorial board.
To ensure a smooth process, please note the following important details:
Poster Submission: Kindly email your print-ready poster in PDF format to this email ID - ascoindia@globalhealthcareacademy.in no later than 18th August 2025. We will not be accepting any posters beyond this date.
1. Posters must be designed to A0 size (841 x 1189 mm), in Portrait orientation.
2. Authors should make sure that the title, author list and the content correspond to the accepted abstract.
3. Poster number will be displayed on the upper left corner of the poster board.
4. Please name the file in the following format "Abstract id_presenter name". for eg "ABS001_Sudiptaa Mitraa"
Registration: If you have not yet registered for the conference, we urge you to complete your registration by 18th August 2025.
Poster Display: We will be arranging for the printing of the posters. However, you are requested to be present at the venue on 23rd August 2025 by 7:30 AM to put up your posters. We shall be arranging for breakfast at the venue for the attendees.
We have arranged for a PG Exam Bootcamp on 23rd August from 8am onwards. We look forward to your active participation and wish you the very best for a successful presentation.
