Guidelines for Oral Presentation
1. Presentation Duration:
Each oral presentation is allotted as per the details mentioned on the conference website of Best of ASCO 2025
2. Presentation Format:
- Use a 16:9 aspect ratio for your slides.
- Limit the number of slides to ensure you can cover all content within the allotted time.
- Prepare your slides in [PowerPoint/PDF] format. Download the PowerPoint Template here.
3. Slide Content:
- Start with a title slide that includes your presentation title, name, affiliation, and contact information.
- Use clear, concise text and high-quality images.
- Ensure all data and charts are legible and well-explained.
- Avoid overcrowding slides with too much information.
4. Technical Requirements:
- Bring your presentation on a USB drive.
- Ensure your presentation is compatible with the conference’s AV equipment.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to upload your presentation and address any technical issues.
5. Presentation Delivery:
- Practice your presentation to ensure it fits within the time limit.
- Speak clearly and at a moderate pace.
- Engage with your audience and be prepared to answer questions.
6. Q&A Session:
- Be ready to answer questions from the audience.
- Keep your responses brief and to the point.
- If you do not know an answer, acknowledge this and offer to follow up after the session.
